The first Puerto Rico Space Congress opens its registration. A Collaboration among the National Space Society Puerto Rico Chapter, Stratowave Corporation, the International Space University, Puerto Rico Development Company , with participation from NASA and sponsorship from Jet Blue Airlines.

Four days of themes as energy, suborbital flights, natural disaster mitigation, education, and investments will allow the participants an interdisciplinary and international environment to exchange ideas. Panels, exhibitors, everything on how Space is the Answer!
